I'm Antonio Bonanno. For over twenty years I've been building digital products, leading agencies and designing technology solutions. Today I help HoReCa operators, experience-focused businesses, restaurants and hospitality properties use technology and AI to work better.

Why I work this way

The point is not how much technology you use, but whether the technology you use solves a real problem. I've spent twenty years building and using digital tools inside real businesses. That changes the kind of advice I give.

I use technology, I don't sell it

I coordinate development, build prototypes, know platforms from the inside. When I evaluate a software solution or AI tool for a client, I don't rely on brochures. I test it. That lets me recommend tools that actually work, not the ones with the best marketing.

I know what it means to run a business

I don't come from traditional consulting. I've founded companies, hired people, managed clients, closed balance sheets. When I suggest a technology solution, I know how much it costs to implement, who will have to use it and what can go wrong.

For twenty years I've provided technology, services and consulting to hotels, restaurants, HoReCa operators and experience-focused businesses. I've run projects for multi-location operators and for the local restaurant down the street. I know that a 40-seat place has different problems from an operator with 20 locations, and that a SME owner doesn't have time to read a 50-page report.

    For twenty years I've provided technology, services and consulting to HoReCa operators, restaurateurs and SMEs. I work with them on technology, AI, automation and organization. I know these worlds because I work alongside them every day.

    I've directed digital strategy and innovation projects for Vodafone, Dunlop Goodyear, Mondadori, Decathlon and Webank. Experiences that gave me cross-cutting expertise in product, marketing and digital transformation in complex contexts.

  • Hospitality and accommodation

    I work with independent properties on revenue management, guest experience and technology selection. I've also collaborated with groups like Radisson Hotel Group, Ticino Hotels Group and others on digital strategy and innovation projects.

The name is not a creative whim. It tells a precise idea about how change works in businesses.

The space between the decision and the result

Meanwhile, in the meantime, is when things actually happen. Between deciding to adopt a new technology and seeing the results, there's a territory made of implementation, adaptation, resistance and corrections. That's where most projects are won or lost. And that's where I work.

Change is not a project, it's a way of working

The best businesses don't do "digital transformation" once and then go back to normal. They learn to integrate technology and AI continuously, one piece at a time, without stopping the machine. Meanwhile exists to accompany this process. Not as an event, but as a method.
