Technology and AI that work in your industry

I bring technology and artificial intelligence into businesses that run on relationships, service and daily operations. Every project starts from a real problem: I don't sell solutions looking for a problem.

The four areas I work on

A project rarely touches just one area. The value is in connecting them, because technology without strategy just creates costs and strategy without tools stays on paper.

AI and operational automation

AI in HoReCa, food service and experience-focused businesses isn't science fiction: it's demand forecasting to optimize shifts and purchasing, dynamic pricing based on real data, automatic review analysis, chatbots that handle repetitive requests. I help choose tools that make sense for the business's size and budget, implement them without disrupting processes, and verify they produce results rather than just impressive demos.

Technology integration and organizational alignment

The problem is rarely a lack of tools. It's that tools don't talk to each other, nobody uses them as they should, and data ends up in separate silos. I audit the existing digital ecosystem, eliminate redundancies, choose the integrations that matter and make sure technology adapts to how the company works, not the other way around. Management systems, CRM, booking platforms, staff management: everything needs to work as one system.

Customer experience and service design

In a restaurant, the service is the product. In a service business, the client relationship is everything. I map the entire experience, from online discovery to payment and beyond, and use data and technology to identify the critical moments: where customers are lost, where loyalty is built, where a small intervention changes the overall perception.

Strategy and priorities

Many businesses know they need to change something but don't know where to start. The first step is almost always subtractive: understanding what to stop doing, which technology initiatives generate value and which destroy it, where to focus resources for visible results. I work with owners and management to build a clear action plan with few, well-defined priorities.

Industries where I have direct experience

I don't work with just any type of company. I focus on sectors I know from the inside. When I propose a technology solution, I know how the daily work of the person who'll use it actually functions.

HoReCa: hotels, restaurants and hospitality

Food cost, menu engineering, reservation management, online reputation, shift and service flow optimization. For multi-location operators: process automation, systems integration, dashboarding and data analysis for fast, numbers-based decisions. I've been providing technology and services to the hospitality and food industry for twenty years: I know the sector from the inside.

Experience-focused businesses

Professional firms, agencies, tour operators, personal services. Companies where the client relationship isn't a channel, it's the business itself. I work on processes and digital tools with an approach calibrated to a SME's real resources.

Hospitality and accommodation

Revenue management, distribution strategy, guest experience redesign, technology selection and integration. I work with independent properties and have collaborated with groups like Radisson, Ticino Hotels Group and others.

Where we start, where we get to

Every project differs in duration and scope, but follows a common logic. I don't sell standard packages. I build the intervention to measure after understanding what's truly needed.

Listening and diagnosis

Before proposing any tool or solution, I need to understand. I talk to people working in the business at all levels, look at the numbers, observe the processes. Often the problem presented to me isn't the real problem. It's a symptom. Accurate diagnosis is what makes the difference between technology that works and technology that ends up in a drawer.

Strategy and action plan

I translate the diagnosis into a plan with few clear priorities, realistic timelines and defined responsibilities. No 80-page documents that nobody reads. An action plan is useful only if the people who must execute it understand it, share it and know how to measure progress.

Tool selection and implementation

I evaluate the market options and recommend the right one for the specific situation, not the most expensive or the trendiest. If AI integration is needed, I identify the use cases that make sense and build a gradual implementation plan. If something custom is needed, I can build it.

Hands-on through execution

I don't deliver a document and disappear. I stay involved during implementation: I help the team adopt the new tools, step in when something isn't working, adjust the plan when reality demands it. Value is measured in real adoption, not in project delivery.

You don't need a perfect brief

Tell me what's not working, where you want to get to, or even just that you have a feeling something needs to change. We'll think it through together. The first conversation is always free.
